30-day return window
Unless a product page states otherwise, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if it is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please include photographs where possible so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
Personalised products, gift cards, final-sale items and products showing misuse or wear cannot be returned, except where required by law.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times vary. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Exchanges and cancellations
For an exchange, contact us before returning the item. Cancellation requests are considered before dispatch but cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.
